For those wanting to arrive by public transport or park up the car there are plenty of walks starting from Garmoran Square. Please note some of these involve walking on the main road for some of the walk.

Walk into the village of Acharacle – many guests enjoy this walk and visit the bakery or tearoom before heading back.

If you have come to Garmoran Square by public transport and want to do some exploring further afield Sunart Cycles can arrange to have bikes dropped off for use during your stay. This is a good way of getting to the Singing Sand from Garmoran without taking the car.
